It is said that the scene of sunrise is beautiful, but I had never seen it before. It was so hot lastnight that I didn't sleep well. Early this morning I got up and came to the balcony to relax. Itwas cool outside. I looked up at the sky, the sparse stars twinkling there. Everything aroundme was dim. I gazed at the east, where the sky was lightening. After a while, the starsdisappeared and the buildings, trees, streets in the distance could be seen faintly. Slowly, thehorizon in the east was becoming reddish. The red color extended continuously and wasbecoming thicker and thicker. At last the sun showed its face a little, gradually into a halfflaming ball, and whole ball appeared, shining brightly. Everything around me was clear. What abeautiful sunrise I saw!
有益的活动
Blowing balloons is an interesting game. You may have some ideas of it. It is of great value to your health, especially to those who are fat. People usually make an airless balloon halfairfilled, put it on the hand, then blow it hard. Shortly after it flies up, his partner blows it away towards the opposite party. And the opposite blows it back. Repeat doing so until the balloon drops onto the follr. Any party onto whose floor the balloon drops will be the loser. So any party who tries to control the balloon's direction and blows it with great efforts will make the balloon fly straight to the other party and will have more opportunities to win.

My dream is to study abroad in the future. I amalways that kind of life can come true soon.

生日
Yesterday was my birthday. My mother made a bigmeal for me.
昨天是我的生日。我妈妈给我做了一顿大餐。
There were lots of foods, but not every dish was fitfor my taste.
有很多菜，不过不是每一道菜都合我口味。
Some were sour, some were sweet, some were bitterand some were hot.
有的菜是酸的，有的是甜的，有的是苦的，还有的是辣的。
I loved the food tasted sweet the most and dislike the bitter food.

But my mother asked me to have a taste for each dish, because those dishes were anotherreflection of our life.
